George Luskus

George Luskus is an attorney admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts, The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Luskus received his Law Degree and the Degree of Master of Laws in Taxation from Temple University School of Law. He represented the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as a Special Assistant Attorney General from 1975 to 1979 and has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1979. Mr. Luskus has represented many clients in the areas of Taxation, Wills, Trusts, Guardianships, Business, Family Law and Bankruptcy during his career and now concentrates his practice in Estate Planning for Individuals and Families, Taxation, Real Estate and Small Business Representation.

Hilary Fuelleborn

Hilary Fuelleborn is an attorney admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Hilary received her Law Degree from Emory Law School, where she was the Notes and Comments Editor of the Emory International Law Review. Hilary later completed her L.L.M. in Taxation from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Hilary began her career as an Associate Attorney in the Real Estate Department at Blank Rome, LLP. Hilary joined George Luskus in 2011, and she concentrates her practice in Estate Planning for Individuals and Families, Taxation, Real Estate, and Small Business Representation. Hilary and her husband Andrew have two sons, Henry and Thomas; one daughter, Anne; and one very small and very bad dog, Jack.

Bryan Sacks

Bryan Sacks is an attorney admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. After graduation from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of law, Bryan clerked for the Honorable Mardi F. Pyott, Senior Family Court Judge in Kent County, Delaware.  In 2018, Bryan joined Luskus & Fuelleborn P.C., concentrating his practice in Estate Planning for Individuals and Families, Estate Administration, Small Business Representation, and Real Estate. Bryan lives in Philadelphia with his semi-feral cat, Masher.
